Is this a job you would enjoy? 

  • Process Optimization & Automation of business processes

  • Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Perform applied business analytics based on generated reports

  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI

  • Create and manage SQL scripts for data extraction and manipulation

  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making across departments

  • Business Performance Improvement

  • Monitor and enhance business KPIs (e.g., Retention Rate, Conversion Rate, Communication Cost per Loan)

  • Propose actionable recommendations to boost financial and operational metrics

  • Automation & ETL

  • Use Python to automate ETL processes (we are able to provide you with training if you need)

  • Organize data workflows to ensure efficient data handling

Are you a match? 

  • You have experience in SQL & are able to contribute from day one

  • You have strong analytical and reporting skills, including proficiency in Excel

  • You possess experience in Power BI for creating compelling visualizations

  • You are familiar with financial management and lending industry operations

  • You are fluent in English & have great communication skills

If you are familiar with Python for automation, it will be to your advantage. Otherwise we are ready to teach you!
