Data Reporting & Analysis
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and ad hoc reports
Analyze current business performance against historical data and budget
Create presentations for senior management to facilitate strategic decision-making
Monitor and report on collection KPIs (such as Recovery Rate, PTP - Promise to Pay, and Gross Efficiency)
Performance Improvement
Evaluate business performance and propose actionable improvements
Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial and operational indices
Support cross-functional teams, including debt collection (DC), legal, and financial management
Project Support
Contribute to the development and implementation of collection-related projects
Assist in the creation of structured workflows to optimize performance in a matrix reporting environment
Are you a match?
Essential Skills
Strong SQL skills
Proficiency in Power BI
Solid knowledge of Google Analytics and MS Office
Fluency English, both written and verbal
Soft Skills
Analytical mind and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and matrix-structured environment
Preferred Skills (we will help you learn)
Familiarity with Python and R for process automation
